Qomolangma Peak - The soul's Sentinel

Qomolangma Peak, also known as Mount Everest, meaning "Mother Goddess of the Universe" in Tibetan, is in Tingri County, Shigatse Area of Tibet Autonomous.
Qomolangma Peak, at the altitude of 8,844.43 meters, is the highest peak on the earth. It is part of the Himalaya Range in High Asia, straddles the border between China and Nepal. It has been called the most revered of all mountains and the world's third pole.
The whole mountain looks like a huge pyramid, mighty and imposing. Its surrounding landforms are very steep and dangerous, making its ascent very difficult.
The North Col of Everest is located in Tingri (Shegar). Massive glaciers and seracs feature a thrilling splendor. The peak has been a holy climbing attraction for world's mountaineers. In recent years, more and more mountaineers start from the Everest Base Camp trying to conquer the world's highest peak while tourists trek to the foot of the peak to enjoy its beauty. It has been a long-cherished dream of countless mountaineers to climb the Qomolangma Peak.
Its streaming flag clouds are Qomolangmu's most famous sight. There were no clouds against the backdrop of the azure sky. The rosy glow of morning covered a third of the summit. Called "Sunshine over the Golden Mountain", it is often seen in photographs, but in this tableau, a long thin ribbon of white silk appeared from the summit. It has long been called the "flag cloud" because it looks like a streaming flag.
Looked at from a distance, it always hangs silently on the summit, giving the impression of calmness and beauty. But in fact, it is just the time when the goddess is in a rage: no expert climbers would dare go near it at this time and if they meet it en route, they can only retreat, or they will stay on the mountain for life.
Since the 18th and 19th centuries, explorers and mountaineers from other countries went to the Qomolangma Peak to explore its secrets. In the 1920s and 1930s, seven attempts were made by foreign mountaineering teams to climb Qimolangma via the north face, but all failed. A Chinese mountaineering team conquered the summit from the north face for the first time in 1960. Even today, it is still a cherished goal of countless mountaineers.
