Day 1/Arrive in Beijing                                                                   
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. Transfer to the hotel on arrival. (D)

Day 2/Beijing                                                                                  
Visit Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and theTemple of Heaven. Enjoy Peking Duck for Dinner. (B,L,D)

Day 3/Beijing                                                                                  
Today's highlight is the visit to the Great Wall, then, drive to visit the statue-lined Shenlu (Spirit Road) leading to the Ming Tombs, visit the Changling Tomb. On the way back to the hotel, stop at Olympic Park and outside view the National Stadium (Bird's Nest, no entry) and the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube, no entry). (B,L,D)

Day 4/Beijing                                                                                  
Visit the enchanting Summer Palace, and the Yonghe Lama Temple. (B,L,D)

Day 5/Beijing-Lhasa                                                                      
Fly to Lhasa, transfer you to Lhasa city with about 1.5 hours' driving (100km). On arrival at the hotel, rest and acclimatize yourself to the local time and altitude. (B,D)

Day 6/Lhasa                                                                                   
The first day of sightseeing of the landmark of Lhasa - Potala Palace,  the Jokhang Temple and the surrounded Barkhor Market. The rest of day is free. (B,L,D)

Day 7/Lhasa                                                                                   
Sightsee of the Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and Norbulingka in Lhasa. (B,L,D)

Day 8/Lhasa-Gyantse-Shigatse                                                   
Drive from Lhasa to Gyantse, and pass by Yamdroktso Lake for sightseeing, and pass by the Karola Glacier, just close to the road. In Gyantse, visit Palkor Monastery and Kumbum Stupa. Proceed to Shigatse, check in hotel on arrival. (B,L,D)

Day 9/Shigatse-Lhasa                                                                  
Pay a visit to Tashihunpo Monastery, the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama to perform their political and religious tasks. Then, drive back to Lhasa. (B,L,D)

Day10/Lhasa-Xi'an                                                                       
The morning is free to explore the city. Take a morning flight to Xi'an. Transfer to the hotel on arrival. (B)

Day11/Xi'an                                                                                  
Visit Shannxi History Museum, the extraordinary Terracotta Warriors and Horses, a mountain village en route. Then, pay a visit to Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy a characteristic Dumpling Dinner in local restaurant. (B,L,D)

Day12/Xi'an-Shanghai                                                                  
Climb the ancient City Wall, and visit Great Mosque. Take an evening flight to Shanghai, known as "Paris in the East". (B,L,D)

Day13/Shanghai                                                                            
Visit the Bund in the morning. Then, visit Yuyuan Garden (Chenghuangmiao, known as Yuyuan Garden Market) and Jade Buddha Temple. Enjoy a fabulous Acrobatic Show in the evening. (B,L,D)

Day14/Depart from Shanghai                                                      
Transfer to the airport and board on your homebound flight. TOUR ENDS! (B)
