About China Hotel Rates
1) Hotel rates in China vary based on the quality and location of the lodging and the time of the year it is booked.
2) The room rates are for double or single occupancy, including 15% service charge and excluding other imposed fees like Government Tax, City Construction Fee, etc. The total of these extra taxes does not exceed USD5.00 per night/per room.
3) The room rates exclude the extra guest charges and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.
